The Landscapes Of India

Powai Lake with the mountain backdrop in Mumbai, Maharashtra

Diversity is India’s core essence. It’s a vast country not just in terms of cultures, traditions and languages, but also in terms of landscapes. I have compiled some of the landscape photographs of the places I have visited in India.

Take a look –

Thar Desert of Rajasthan
An aerial view of a lake, farm lands and hills in Nainital, Uttarakhand
The Himalayas along with the hill station of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh
Aravallis, lake Pichola and the City Palace Hotel in Udaipur, Rajasthan
Hills and dales in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand
Nilgiri hills of Ooty, Tamil Nadu
Overview of the city of Jodhpur with Umaid Bhavan seen afar
Skyscrapers' distant view from Marine Drive - Mumbai
Farmlands of Chail - a small hill station in Himachal Pradesh
Sprawling landscape hidden with dark clouds - Matheran, Maharashtra
Rohtang Pass, in Himachal Pradesh, is snow covered all year round

Which 'landscape' did you like the most?
